Correspondence, reports, historical data, residents lists, application materials, publicity, menus, and related materials documenting the organizaion and operation of this program designed to provide a housing option that fell between independent living with supportive services and nursing home care for low-income senior citizens with complex service needs and eligible handicapped people of all ages. The program, begun in 1983, was a cooperative effort of the Hennepin County Cuommunity Services Department and the Minneapolis Community Development Agency.
